Water Damage in Kitchen and Laundry in Amarillo, TX

When a tenant in Amarillo, Texas called to report water damage in the kitchen and laundry room, we came out and assessed the damage. The inspector noted that there was a leak in the refrigerator water line under the sink, which had caused significant damage to all the kitchen cabinetry and drywall behind it.

All of the contents in the cabinets had to be thrown out and all surfaces and walls sanitized before repairs could begin.

The drywall needed to be replaced and the cabinets cleaned and repainted before a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal, and kitchen sink could be installed.
