Homeowners Crawlspace Flooded in Canyon, TX

This flooded crawlspace in Canyon, Texas was the result of a burst pipe.  There was a lot of excess water standing in the crawlspace. In most instances such as this, before a plumber will consent to repairs, the water must be extracted. In these photos, we show the standing water under the house.  We came and extracted enough water for the plumber to be able to comfortably get under the house and repair the pipe.  After the plumber is done, we set fans under the home to dry the mud.  If it was left to sit, the likelihood of growth and bad smells goes up tremendously.  If you have water under your home, call SERVPRO^® of West Amarillo, 806-331-4555.
