Commercial Growth in Amarillo, Tx

This water damage in an Amarillo, Tx commercial building had a musty odor when we arrived onsite. We noticed the wall paper in an office peeling and immediately found the source of the odor behind it. There was patches of growth behind the peeling wall paper. We finished removing the wall paper to reveal the damage from the growth and found that it was still wet back there and that we were able to reach it to remove it all. As you can see in the after photo, we went in and cut out the affected walls to remove any growth. Once the structure was dry, the odor was gone and the customer was relieved.
